The townhouses on Durham place are located off of 8th street in Bentonville, two minutes from the home office and 7 minutes from NWACC. Convenient access to the Greenway is just across the street, as is The Momentary and the 8th Street Market. The two bed room, 1 1/2 bath townhouse has been freshly remodeled from the inside out, and comes with your basic appliances, washer and dryer.
